- High Context versus Low Context Behavior

Traits Of Cultures High In Masculinity
Some cultures are described as being high on a scale of masculinity and are compared to cultures at the other end of the scale which are high in femininity. The cultures high in masculinity are stimulated more with:
- Ambition
- Achievement
- Assertiveness
Here’s one thing you can do to communicate better with your clients in these cultures:
Highlight Traditional Gender Roles
In these cultures you need to pay attention how you:
- Convey gender roles
- Think about separating information for men and women
- Use “traditional” images for both genders: nurturing for women and strength for men.
In cultures high on the masculinity scale it is important to use the right images associated with genders on your website.
