Use this website to get a broad picture of this area of the world. On a personal note, I am also partial to the ASEAN countries. I spent my first four years in Europe working for the Embassy of Malaysia. Coming from the Bahamas, this was the first time I heard of ASEAN. Luckily I got to know the different cultures from this region fairly well. 
There is not much information available directly on this website. Use it as a source of inspiration and possible networking tool.
