It is easy to use. You can search by keyword or categories. The Frequently Asked Questions page is well done and suitable for non-native English speakers. The information you get here often includes product, service and contact details. There is both a free and paid version. If you are doing exploratory market research, the free version should be enough for you. Whether its for marketing, competitive research, brainstorming, trade contacts, or any of dozens of other reasons, there are times when companies need to get information about other companies.
